Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Your email order confirmation may show a few pence over or under the price you will be charged. This is due to the checkout displaying a net price and rounding the V.A.T. separately. On very rare occasions due to V.A.T. rounding, you may be charged a few pence over or under the value of your order.

Please note there is a minimum order level of £5.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. You may send your credit card information by phone, fax, post or over the Internet with your order, but DO NOT send card details by email as it is not a secure form of communication.

For credit card security purposes, please ensure that if you pay by credit or debit card that you enter the cardholders details in the invoice address section. You may still have the order sent to your school by specifying a different delivery address.

Shipping And Handling Postage and packing are free where items are ordered with a credit or debit card. Where goods are ordered on account in the name of a school, then a handling charge of £2.95 will be added. Unfortuntely, we are unable to ship items outside of the UK and Channel Islands.
Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. If you order before 3.30pm, we will normally despatch your order to you the same working day.
V.A.T For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is included. Orders from the Channel Islands are exempt from VAT and this is deducted from your order.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. On very rare occasions due to V.A.T. rounding, you may be charged a few pence over the value of each item.

You are free to cancel your order at any time upto and including 7 days after delivery of your order. Please contact us before returning any products. Any items returned non-faulty must be adequately packaged and returned to us in re-saleable condition for a full refund or replacement.
